We take a holistic approach to wellbeing, which includes proactive support systems, access to health services, and the promotion of positive relationships and personal development.

Our wellbeing framework upholds the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and reflects our commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive practices. Staff are trained to identify and respond to wellbeing concerns and to provide appropriate referrals and support in a timely manner.

We actively encourage learners to engage in open communication, seek help when needed, and participate in initiatives that support community and self-care. Regular wellbeing checks, personalised support plans, and respectful handling of sensitive issues are central to our approach.
